Shipping policy

This Shipping & Delivery Policy is part of our Terms of Service ("Terms") and should be reviewed alongside our main Terms.

What Are My Shipping & Delivery Options?

We offer various shipping options to suit your needs. In some cases, a third-party supplier may manage our inventory and handle the shipping of your products.

Shipping Time:

  • Processing Time: 1-4 business days (Monday-Friday) after your order is confirmed.
  • Shipping Time: Typically 9-12 business days, depending on the destination country.

Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

All delivery times and dates are estimates and provided in good faith.

For EU and UK Customers: This does not affect your statutory rights. Unless otherwise noted, estimated delivery times reflect the earliest available delivery, and orders will be delivered within 30 days from the day we accept your order. Please refer to our Terms for more details.

Order Status

Once your order is placed, it is processed as quickly as possible. Due to the volume of orders, cancellations cannot be made, particularly on Launch days.

Every order comes with shipping and tracking information. Please monitor your emails for updates and ensure your email notifications are enabled for real-time tracking updates.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you encounter issues tracking your package, please contact the courier responsible for delivery.

Refused Packages

If your package is refused, undeliverable, or has an insufficient address, it will be subject to return shipping fees. We will deduct shipping fees from your invoice for such packages. You will receive a refund minus all shipping charges and a $8 undeliverable fee.

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate when ordering, and feel free to place a new order with the correct information if necessary.

International Shipping

We offer worldwide shipping. Please note that free shipping does not apply to international orders. For customs inquiries:

Shipping Restrictions

  • Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes.
  • Not all shipping methods are available for certain items.
  • Orders are only shipped on business days (Monday - Friday).

If your order is delayed for any reason, we will notify you and provide a revised delivery estimate.
